Ingredients:

• 1 kg                   Beef Mince (Like Topside)
• 200g                  Beef Fat
• 1 Cup                 Onion, Grated
• 1 Tbs                 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
• 1 Tbs                 Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 Tsp                 Tabasco Sauce (Optional)
• 1/4 cup              Chopped Fresh Continental Parsley
•                         Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
• 2 tbs                 Olive Oil

Method:

• Mix all your ingredients
• make 200 g patty
• cook after over night.
